Ben is Founder & Partner of Alderman Enterprises and Co-Founder of its predecessor, Alderman Holdings. Prior to founding Alderman Enterprises, Ben’s professional experience included M&A advisory, corporate finance, venture capital, market research, and operations across a wide range of industries. Ben serves on the board of the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga and holds a position as a Trustee of The Baylor School, where he actively contributes to the community's educational initiatives.
Ben earned a BA in Economics from The University of Virginia and an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
Jonathan is a Partner at Alderman Enterprises, bringing extensive experience in operations, investment banking, and private equity. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Croft & Bender and as Executive Chairman of Displayit, a trade show exhibit house. Jonathan was also CEO of Carousel Designs, transforming it into a leading online retailer before its successful sale to Crown Crafts, Inc. Earlier, he co-founded RentClicks, an online rental platform that achieved rapid growth and was acquired by a publicly traded company.
Jonathan earned a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army.
Barry is a Partner at Alderman Enterprises, where he leads the company’s Finance & Accounting functions. Prior to joining Alderman Enterprises as its Vice President of Accounting & Finance, Barry worked at a regional accounting firm as a M&A financial due diligence consultant across a wide range of industries for both platform and add-on transactions. Barry has also been on the board of the Chattanooga Boys and girls club, where he contributes to the fundraising and volunteering efforts of the Organization.
Barry attended East Tennessee State University and he obtained his M.Acc. at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
